This is a early morning news page, and Its not something I get to do that often, And no that is not because Mistress is always in bed, as I am up with the larks each and every day, but am normally committed to my animals, today however I have a spare hour lucky you.

Mistress is at the moment in the middle of getting seriously fit, I have a event coming up in June in which I am taking part, And this is going to take more than a little bit here and there to get through it, So my diet has changed, My gym frequency has gone up considerably and as much as Mistress may not need to shed any weight, Any extra I have will be turned to muscle with pure dedication.

I am available in my Huddersfield Dungeon each day throughout this month, excluding the 15/16/18 of April, On these days I have other commitments.
