Mistress has had a eventful week, Finally I have been able to get back in the gym.
My shoulder seems much better know, and I am back doing weights and I am also back out riding.
I am still having deep tissue massages to help when it stiffens and notts up, but I am good to go.
I have been in and out of the dungeon this week also, subs being punished inside the dungeon walls, and also I have been on a few outcalls.
I shall be away in Switzerland next month for a few days, Sadly I will not be offering sessions as I will be going back with actual tour dates when I have had the chance to look around on this trip.
This trip will see Mistress hiking in the Alps, I will also be using the well being pools which I am looking forward to also.
I had my slave liquid in which is always a pleasure.
The punishment side which is based around CP, He is certainly building up a great tolerance to the cane.
He is doing so well and also he is really enjoying it as we go and push further.
