Good Morning all,

Mistress is up with the birds and getting ready to head of into Manchester for my spa day,hence why the early morning blog,i am not sure what time i will arrive back and with so much to do on-line later it seemed a better option to write the blog now.

Yesterday was relaxing also apart from some mundane vanilla jobs i had to get done,i also spent alot of time on-line getting threw some work i could not put of any longer,i have a dead line on it ,but its done now and i am a satisfied Mistress.

I also came across a picture that was took in the Manchester Dungeon  many moons ago,i was quite shocked that i found it on line,i have not seen this picture for so long,brought back a few memory’s,i will let you see with this blog.

The gym and heavy work outs have paid of and i could not believe my weigh in yesterday at the gym,over a stone i have lost, in fact my Aunty’s have asked me to slow down now lol,but i love the feeling i get when i have left the gym,so maybe i might stop one day but not stop completely.
